I'm having a problem with my local Fox Station. I know it's the station because I've had the same issues when I had Dish.

I did call Dish Customer support over a year ago and was told my Local Fox (WWCP Fox TV 8 - Johnstown/Altoona PA) was on their trouble list.

I've made several attempts to contact WWCP and the person in charge of programing never is in the office and doesn't return messages.

The problems I'm having is audio sync problems and the station doesn't always switch to HD all the time or half way through the program is turns on.

Would I call the FCC to complain or is there another place I should call?

Try calling the station's chief engineer. It's a technical problem so the programming department would have nothing to do with it. That's still not a excuse not to return your calls though. You might want to call first and ask whoever answers the phone for chief's name and see if they'll tell you his extension number. If you have that then you can call back in a few minutes and maybe get him directly. Good luck.

If I was in your position, I would call the FCC. Having to deal with a station that only switches to HD half the time then contacting and not returning your calls is just not acceptable and I'm sure if the FCC was on the station's A** about it, they would do something to fix it. And this seems to be an ongoing problem with this station between the audio and HD issues (I think you've posted about this a couple times before.)

The FCC might do something, but than can take months, a call to the chief engineer or station manager could be a lot quicker. I worked at a TV station for many years, and the engineering department always seemed to be the quickest to respond to viewer technical issues.
