Who All Has A Xtv Box ? And How Do You Like It

i have had my xtv box about a month now,and i like it real well,except when i bump up the picture quality it will start to buffer about every 40 seconds,i think the problem is that i am not pulling down enough band width,if i call the phone company hopefully they will speed up my connection on my DSL to solve this problem,although they will probably want more money to do this, has any body else had this problem and if you did how did you fix it ?
