Which operating system - XP or MCE2005???

I just received all of my components and started to build my HTPC. Here's my question - Should I install Windows XP Professional or Windows MCE 2005?

To aid in your response, please note that I will be using a Hauppauge Nexus-S DVB Card.

I look forward to your recommendations so that I can install an OS and get this box built and ready to play.
