Where's the uplink info 2/17?

Why isn't today's uplink posted? I know there were changes as I see some international free previews ended, they disappeared from my guide over an hour ago.

I think we got some new HD here I thought I saw Comedy HD on 61.5 maybe Dish thought it was easier and cheaper to make room on 61.5 than to upgrade alot of subs to 129??

Comedy HD was already up. I'm not sure it was on 61.5 but I know I've had it (and hardly watched it) for quite a while now.
