Where's HBO On Demand

Why no HBO or Cinemax ON Demand. The other premium channels have them.
What gives?

I'm guessing they don't have an agreement yet for lots of stuff - there is also a bunch of HD that D* doesn't have, and some extra channels too, especially with Cinemax.
