Hi guys.

I see to get NSS6 806 @ 40.5W u need C - Band circular frequency but I don't know where i can find and how much will cost me , any Ideas will help me of lot.

Thank u guys :):)

as I recall:

Most of the C-band LNBF's I've seen (and collected several), all include the teflon/fiberglass insert (slab) to make them receive circular.
You operate with it in for circular. Or, you operate with it out for non-circular.

But, looking at the various models on the SatelliteAV web site, the writing no longer says anything about the insert nor circular reception.
Sadoun also sells several, and that yellow-colored rectangle with the accessories to the GeoSat dual band CK-1, is the slab in question.
But again, the writing says nothing about it, nor about circular on the B1sat Stacked LNBF.

I have all of the above, and don't recall receiving any which didn't have the circular insert.
You can clarify with the vendors, but I believe pretty much any of the ones mentioned will get you circular C-band.

What Anole says is all pretty much true. There are four basic classes of C-Band circular feeds that I've seen:

1. Dual polarity units with a removable dielectric slab. As Anole says, you have to put the slab in to receive L&R and take it out to receive H&V. One can buy these slabs separately, but I wouldn't expect a perfect match. Inexpensive.

2. Single polarity and orthomode units with a fixed 1/4 wave plate. These should offer the best reception, as those with dielectric slabs generally lose around 1 dB and are prone to increased cross-polarization. These tend to be fairly expensive.

3. Corotor-style feeds with a dielectric insert. The performance is pretty much like #1, however by aligning the slab either in H or V and rotating the pickup over a 135 degree range, you can have H&V and L&R and leave the slab in all the time.

4. Motorized feeds with a fixed 1/4 wave plate (I think). Similar in performance to #2. Instead of rotating the pickup, part of the feed is rotated. It may be able to do both H&V and L&R but I've never seen one in the flesh. Very expensive.

Keep in mind if you still want to watch your regular Linear c-band something like the corotor II plus wideband feed would be the right choice.
