I just had my 2 dish setup changed over to an eastern arc setup. I just wanted to say that the installer did an excellent job. He was extremely friendly, and how he routed the wires and grounded the dish was much cleaner and more professional than either of my 2 dish installs. I know there are some installers on here, so I was wondering if they knew of a place I could send a good comment that would get back to my installers supervisor.

I'm not sure anyone here knows where to put good comments for installers. You can probably put your comments here on the fourm with the installer's name and maybe someone from the dish network team here can help you send them.
You can send an email via dish.com, they should be able to forward the comment to his office. You can also send me a PM. Be sure to include the Tech's name and tech number if you can.
This info should be found on the service agreement. If you signed a computer, you will either have the agreement in your email or your mailbox within 10 days. If you signed a paper, hopefully the info is legible. Regardless, you can find the info in the upper right corner of the agreement.
If you had a complaint, the info would get to the tech with a quickness. Pretty sad.
