Where to buy Dish 'approved' coax barrel connectors?

Any of these are approved you can buy from amazon or eBay. If you have a wholesaler you could buy in bulk that would be better

I thought of that and think that's a great idea, I'm not sure how to do it though.

Thank you. I had no idea how to white it out without actually printing it off, whiting it out, scanning it and then posting it again.

No problem You need a PDF editor - most people just have a PDF viewer, i.e. Adobe Reader.
