Where is the old G4 satellite moving to a new location?

I am wondering where G4 satellite is moving to?:

I have a feeling they will use it for raw sports and news feeds uses.

no. it is replacing G4 because G4 about to run out of fuel

The FCC has authorized Galaxy 4R to move to and operate at 76.85° W for a period of 60 days.

Will Lyngsat let us know when that bird is in place? Just curious if I should add that position to my Coolsat.

Lyngsat hasn't been updated in awhile. Galaxy 4R is now at 79° W and is moving East about 1/2° per day. I wouldn't worry about programming it in until there is some report of activity. A lot of the old satellites are moved but are rarely used. They have permission to operate in the new location for only 60 days.
