Where do I find help

I have posted a thread a few days ago called Timetrax 1.4 won't connect.
I was told to come here for help by the people at Timetrax. Am I in the right place? Why does it take a week or so to get answers? I would love to use the software, if it really works.

Hi,

Did you open a support ticket or did you just e-mail our general e-mail address?

Support tickets are answered usually within the same day of you opening it.

If you haven't opened a ticket please do so and I will personally help you with your issue.

Try this link:

Once you click that link, click on 'Contact Support' on the left nav and it will ask you to login. Once you login you can submit your ticket.
