Where are release notes now?

With new interface, I don't see the releases at the top like they use to be. Where are they now?

hmmm, I think that is some "other site" that has release notes and stuff at the top of every page.

I don't spend any time at the other site. I do remember seeing them as sticky. Maybe it just when they are current.

I just got rel 365 on 622 and have not seen any release notes on it.
