Where am I?

I'm east of 55.5W. I have 3 Scrambled[$] channels scanned in, 3936 V 3860 on the 9200.
Channels are:
Atlantic VPID 2160 APID 2120 PCR 2160
News VPID 2260 APID 2220 PCR 2260
Sports VPID 2360 APID 2999 PCR 2360
Been looking at every list I know of and don't see anything close.
