Right now my CBS affiliate in Columbus WBNS is off of DIRECTV due to another contract dispute. I'm considering "moving" before Sunday. Are all locals in HD or are some in Stretch-O-Vision like our NBC affiliate in Biloxi was due to not enough bandwidth?

Don't know if any of the Wheeling/Steubenville locals use Stretch-o-Vision, but if they do it has nothing to do with saving on bandwidth.
It's just a cheap and crummy way of filling out a 16:9 screen when broadcasting 4:3 native material to mollify viewers who hate the necessary pillar matte-bars on their HDTVs to format the picture correctly.

Wouldn't it make more sense to "move" to a bigger city like Cleveland or Cincinnati to get more networks? You know the majors will be HD. The Wheeling DMA is tiny and has so few channels....
