I just tried posting the Dish DVR forum and it told me I couldn't post. I just put a message there a couple of hours ago.

If I look at my posting rules it says I can start a new thread but I am not allowed to post replies?

I noticed that for a while, the "Posting Rules" at the bottom of the screen had a few "may not" listed. They all appear to have returned to "may". I think some admin has been playing around.
