What's going on with CTV?

Hi all is something wrong with CTV on Anik F1? The audio is out of sync and the video is moving in slow motion. The signal is loud at 15 dB on my Edision mio+ 4k. Thanks for any info

Alan,

I read on another site that CTV had power issues at their Toronto hub the other day affecting all their broadcasts across the board. They must still be working out some issues.
