I noticed that awhile ago also...

from playing with it, it's like a smaller version of a pm and it always pops up on the screen when you're surfing the site, so it's a little higher priority to get someones attention

Its sort of like an instant messager for SatelliteGuys.

Still messing with it, but so far it works well.
