What type of cables does Directv use?

RG6 3Ghtz 2.4 ghtz will be ok, but 3 will be safe.

Any good RG6 is fine. Needs to be swept tested to 2150 MHz at least. Other than that, just get what you can afford. Solid copper core is unnecessary unless the cable run is really, really long.
