What is the point of having Center Ice if i cant watch my team in HD even though it shows the game in HD, and all I get is a message saying I cant get the game?

I dont understand that crap. I cant watch my local team in HD but everyone else can????

The HD feed is FSN prime ticket from LA. Detroit is SD only tonight.

For future the FSN Detroit will be 636

Yea I found the feedo n Prime Ticket, you would think though, that paying for CI, I would be able to get that, or at least being able to pick it up just having the premier package.

Sometimes I wonder what people are thinking. I just dont get this, the NHL needs all the help it can get, so what do they do, block the other feeds. Plain ridiculous. I bought this package thinking I would be able watch any game anytime, and anywhere.

Remember the HUGE note on all RSNs and sports packs "Blackout Rules Still Apply" - leagues should realize how anti fan this is.

i was wathching the hawks and the wings in detroit from comcast in chicago last week, all the studio stuff in chicago was in high def, when they switched to the game in detroit is was sd.

Leagues are businesses. They want to make money just like any other business, and one of the main ways they do that is by having people buy tickets and go to the games rather than watching them at home...

Are you saying it is blacked out locally in both HD and SD or blacked out in HD only?
If they are blacking out both, then it's the fan unfriendly blackout rules which the league controls. If they are only blacking out the HD feed for you locally thats a different story and does suck.

Just the HD feed was blocked locally..As I said, nothing but a big joke.
