What should I do?

I notice some channels in the List said scrambled by either powerVu or Viacess. Is there a company (like dish network) that I can Subscribe to these channels or are they just for cable company's?

powervu is only for cable companies/commercial applications. Really the only things you can sub to are Globecast (ethnic channels on G25) and Hits2Home (on AMC4) but you need to use their (crappy in most cases) box

The main reason the scrambled channels are listed on TheList is to help people identify satellites there on.
