What Satellite is closest to my true South(Longitude)?

I have been referred to you by Rob from FTA Direct. I just purchased a complete FTA system from FTA Direct which consist of :
Viewsat VS2000 Extreme, 90cm (35") Dish, STAB HH-90 Rotor, Invacom QPH-031 Quad LNBF, CD-ROM, 4x1 Diseqc Switch, and Upgrade Cable.
My zip code is 77539. I am new to all these wonderful FTA stuff. My question is ,what is the satellite closest to my true longitude (or True South)?.

I dont have the numbers handy, but when you aim the dish with the motor, the motor elevation is the same as your latitude (29). I dont have handy what the dish elevation should be.

What I recommend doing is aiming the dish without the motor so you have a general idea where the dish should be aimed at.
