What Satellite dish Do I need

Hello,

I am from suriname (south america) and was wondering what kind of satellite system i can purchase to get channels like bet,mtv,discovery ect...

I am a total newby to this stuff and like some advise from you guy's .

I was also looking for what satellite has coverage over my country so i know what that satellite has to over but could not find anytging that i wanted to know.

Please advise
