From what I've read there are 2 seperate frequency bands for K-band.
What is the most usefull one to use?
Can I upgrade my c-band lnb to a dual C/K band lnb? Which one.
Will a directtv LNB be good?
I want to be able to receive the more popular K-band feeds (like networks...).
Please respond to each question. Thanks

welcome :wave

a standard KU band LNB will work fine. Only thing that a Universal can get is Cubavision

DirecTV LNB WONT work for KU...it will work for DBS stuff (like the audio, NASA, GOLTV)

RE: K-band feed

Thanks Iceberg, your reviews on FTA's are great.
Can I get a dual ,one package, c/k-band lnb for my old 10' dish and will it work in my application?
My old c-band lnd is 85* and I would like to get a better one now that 'm going FTA.

I don't have C-Band so I don't know :(

Hopefully someone with a C-Band setup can help out with what they use :)

I using a ASC-421 for C-Band. PSB has some laying around I'm sure. :)

I am currently using an original corotor with Chapperal 20 degree c band and California Amp .7db ku lnbs on a 10' dish and it works very well for FTA. I do wish i could find .3 db KU lnb that would bolt up to my corotor, anyone know of a good one that will work?
