What is the size of internal DVR HD in HR21-100 Receiver?

Does anyone know what is the size of the internal DVR HD in an hr21-100 receiver is?

Is there a way to find out from the setup screens? I have not found it.

Any recomendations on what type of eSata external harddrive (Brand, Model, Size, etc) to use to add to the DVR storage?

Moved to technical, not sure on the HR 21 series, I believe my HR20 has a 320 gig... I have a Seagate 500 gig eSata drive that has done just fine for over a year...
