I watched the last Charlie chat and faithfully waited until November 1st to call for my 811 dish deal.
Guess what the CSR had no idea what I was talking about. She kept leaving the line to ask somebody else the answers to what I was asking.
After leaving the line for around 3 minutes she came back on and said that I would have to call back later in the month to get the 811 deal. She had no idea when in November I should call, just later.
I would say that is terrible customer service. Charlie should infrom the troops in the trenches what the *$#& is going on when he has failed to make another promise on time.
