What is 'authorized services' in the Counters menu?

Mine is at 488 but seems to have gone down one each day for the past week.

That's a 522 question for that subforum. But anyways, I've wondered what that counter is as well. Anyone here know?

FYI, the new counter is "Hard Disk Info". Mine shows 0x6000.
