I haven't a clue,think this information is for Dish Network information for proper operations of the receiver and billing. The only part I concern myself with in Counters is the Hard Drive temperatures,and the previous software listed to see if I have a software upgrade.

T1/T2 Rain/Snow: would be counts (or some other measurement) of rain/snow fade? Anyone got any others?
