I know I could've worded it differently but what city hasn't had a championship in a while. The first city off the top of my head was Philadelphia which hasn't won a title since 83? I'm not sure if it was 1980 or 1983 but I know they haven't won a title in a long time.

A few flaws with this list. One, it only lists the 13 cities that have one or more teams in the Big Four major league team sports. Secondly, it has Philadelphia listed as the city with the longest drought in-between titles, yet the Sixers won 25 years ago in 1983?! Come on!

To me, Cleveland has the longest sports drought. The last sports team to win a Title was when the Browns won the NFL Championship, 44 years ago in 1964 (Pre-Super Bowl).

Buffalo is second. The Bills won the AFL Championship in 1965.

San Diego has Buffalo beat. The Chargers last won the AFL title in 1963. Lost one Super Bowl, and the Padres have lost two World Series since then.

Seattle has had one major championship in the history of all their teams. The former Sonics in 1979. Mariners have never played in the World Series and the Seahawks were in the Super Bowl a few years back. I do not count the Storms WNBA championship.

That list aint accurate, you also need to count cities with less than 4 sports teams.

Cleveland should be at the top of the list before philadelphia

I agree. Cleveland and Seattle both beat out Philly - in my mind. San Diego is only a 2 sport city. The Clippers bolted for LA from San Diego in the mid '80s.

Cleveland has suffered the most in my opinion. On the other hand, Philadelphia deserves to suffer.:D Rudest sports fans I've ever encountered, hands down. "That Evil school down South", being a close second.

YES. But more bitter about the treatment we received at the game. Security escorted us out before halftime, saying "our lives were in danger". That was putting it mildly. The garbage throwing started as we walked in. Wearing everybody's beer also added to the fun. At OSU, we came back to four flat tires. Really classy, both stadiums.

If you go to a Brownies game, you better not have a PA. license plate on your car, your tires will be flat.

Those fans are just super people to be around.;)

Oh please. Don't act like I would be treated like royalty if I came marching into that crappy swamp field of yours in my Bernie Kosar jersey and my Orange converse shoes!

We wouldn't slash your tires. Might make fun of your jersey, but wouldn't slash your tires.
