What Channel Will Nicktoons be on?

I was wondering if E* announced what channel Nicktoons would be on and when it will be on?

The speculation is channel 183.

More speculation...Spike TV moving to 136 (killing Trio's old "reserved" spot) and NickToons going to 168. (Doubtful...mostly wishful thinking)

I'm still guessing that it will go on 178 and TLC will move to 183.
