what can you do with dish 6000 receiver?

I plan to sell my dish 6000 receiver after I got my dish 622, surprised when I find ebay has this thing bid up to $450 in the past month.. what are so special about this thing?

Lots of strange things are going on on...like 508s and 625s selling for the same price!!!

I'm sure you can figure out what's going on when the old stuff is worth more than the new!!!!

Well, doesn't matter of hacking purpose those new HD H.264 [MPEG-4] channels will not be seen by 6000.

It has a special connector peeps use to "fix" it if it gets hit. Its a high commodity. It will be worthless soon.
