So early July i called retention and got a DVR... i asked the rep if it extends the contract... she said no and then come to find out now that it had extended it 2 years...!!!!
nevermind... i called, bi!ched a little and they said they cant change it... i said ok... then they offered $50 off my current bill and 2 months of all the movie stations.
