Do you not have the clock setting right when you signed up? When you sign up it defualts to GMT which is 5 hours ahead of Eastern time (6 hours ahead of Central)

Try logging out of Satelliteguys, clear your browsers cache and cookies and then re-login.
Or if possible try a different browser or computer and login.
