Weird Problem with Azbox Premium

Did you try hooking up the Azbox via regular A/V cables instead of HDMI or component? On several occasions I was absolutely convinced that my Azbox was dead, but it had just switched video mode on me.

Yep, happens to me every time I load new FW, my TV always reports unsupported mode. Guess the default is composite but hooked up to hdmi. Press the resolution on remote and watch the readout on the box...right button to proper output/etc (hdmi/nstc/1080i) press enter for each and the picture pops up.

Found instructions somewhere on restoring all previous settings by backing up the DISK2 folder (.tgz) before loading new FW and restore it afterwards. The selene.conf file contains most of them.
Haven't tried it yet.
