Web host help

Hi guys... My office is currently looking for a new web hosting rovider. we are currently on bellsouth and their email goes down sooo many times each day its causeing problems.

Right now We have a ton of email boxes and our web page is pretty standard... kinda need My or ms sql suport though... recommendations
