It was a parttime channel on AMC 3 Ku. Delivers weather ahead of time to stations that request the service. It should be up this afternoon. You can reach them at weathervision.com

usually its on around 5PM our time on weekends...must be on later during the week

It just has forecasts for areas that usually don't have newscasts (I saw Fox21 in Duluth there a couple times)
