Watch multiple channels?

Alright need help on this one.

Got the new download...Says you can watch two different programs
on screen.

Yes, i followed directions..It seems that it just acts like the previous channel
button?

What am i doing wrong?

sounds like you are talking about the new double play feature that was availiable with the old tivo dvr's. what this does is flip between two different channels and save them on the hard drive so you dont mis a thing. you can flip back and fourth and rewind or pause

I am happy with the addition of it finally
