That is the item I am selling, I will try and find the box in our office, but we have had it for almost a year...used 25 times. with a total of maybe 50 hours of use total...it streams video and audio up to 720p through hdmi or video through vga and dvi with a 3.5 mm stereo jack to stream audio...it worked flawless. I have since switched to using my ipad for presentations and no longer need this, asking 75 bucks! thanks
