Wanted: H-H Motor non working ok

Looking for a bargain in a used H-H motor for a creative project to move a large C-band dish with one. It can be any size motor, in fact smaller is better, and does not necessarily have to move as long as the positioning electronics are believed to be intact. Anyone want to contribute your old motor to the project or sell at a friendly price, I will of course pick up shipping. Results of the project and a "how to" if successful will be shared here.

Do you mean a dms sg2100 motor or the type made just for c band dishes?

• A DMS 2100 would probably work. This is a project where I will marry a H-H motor to an actuator arm, and I think almost any will do the job.

my old sg 2100 needs a push to move one of the ways either e/w i cant remember..

I could see how this could be done... just run the two power leads from the tiny 2100 in to a network of relays with a 36 volt power supply behind it, leading to an actuator motor.... more or less at least!

Let me test it out to make sure before I offer it to ya... It's sitting in a box right next to me..
