Want to change programming

I currently have Total Choice Plus for $54.99. I have the DVR service for an additional $5.99 and HD Access for $9.99 a month. What I am trying to do is figure out how much more the Premiere package will cost me so I can get all the premiere HD movie channels. I think the Premiere package is about $105 per month. Is that correct? But what I am not sure about is does that include the DVR and HD charge that I am currently paying $16 a month for? If so, then my new monthly charge would be $35 more if the DVR and HD is included in that price? Am I figuring this right?

The $105 per month does not include the DVR or HD package. You would have to add the cost of those on to it to figure out how much you would be paying.

So the new PLUS HD DVR package does include these, but the next higher package (PREMIER) does not? To me this does not make sense.
