Wally & Dish playmaker

So I have a dish Wally, and playmaker setup. I am trying to get the 61.5 satellite, but it will not find it, even though that is the satellite that is straight in the sky. 110, is kinda obstructed, but gets some reception

Does anyone know why this could be happening?

Does the Playmaker give an option of choosing Eastern Arc or Western Arc? Does it give an option of choosing the 110 and the 61.5 sats together?

I thought the Playmaker was Western Arc only.

There is an OS2.1 update that has to be installed on some in order to receive the 61.5 satellite....the instructions and update are on Winegards site
