Wally 2nd tuner not working in RV

I've got a Wally with external hard drive and at home the 2nd tuner function works (I can record on one tuner and watch a different channel on the other tuner). When I use the Wally in my RV the second tuner doesn't work and doesn't show as active. I'm using a western arc DPP antenna (110, 119, 129) in both cases so I'm not sure why it doesn't work in the RV. I researched on the forum and found that the 2nd tuner function needs either a DPP or hybrid LNB.

Any ideas as to why the 2nd tuner isn't working in the RV?

Right after I posted this I realized I hadn't tried a reset. Reset the Wally and now the 2nd tuner showed up!
