Waiting to Download Problem

I have my dish pointed only at 61.5 (can't adjust dish right now)

, the hopper 3 has been saying waiting to download for over an hour.

Can the software be downloaded over 61.5?

No it can not. The H3 requires a Hybrid LNB on a 1000.2 dish and reception from 72 and 61.5 when on the Eastern Arc.
