w0kie Radio considering Ku-DVB Broadcasting!

I missed the broadcast myself, but I've heard via email that on Byron's program on w0kie radio last night, it was announced that they are in negotiations for going up on Galaxy 25 KU in MPEG FTA format. Yippee! That absolutely is going to increase their number of listeners. Their C-Band analog feed is going away on Friday, so it will be fantastic if they can manage to hammer out a deal to go up on one of the main FTA Ku birds If they manage to get on that Ku Bird, then many more people can listen in to Mike Kohl on Friday nights as he talks about the satellite industry.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they manage to get up on that Ku bird...

I'm a KUer only, and I've always wanted to hear these guys on the dish. Hopefully they can find a spot (and hopefully it'll be a little better audio quality than some of those stations on there already).
