VS HD in Silver

I was just on the dish builder and it said that VS HD is included in the Silver HD package. So I checked on the programming page and it says it's still in the Gold Package. I wonder which one is right. That'd be great if they included it in the Silver, I've been waiting for that channel to get dropped to a lower tier for a while now.

Was that the one that shared a channel and then they split? I don't watch it so I'm not going to be of much help.
