The tenor of the questions around continued use of the VOOM STB for
OTA is pretty negative starting with:
"Wilt... don't screw your box owners. Please"
The simple question is: "Will the VOOM STBs continue to work as
receivers for OTA signals once VOOM shuts down service?"
Many of us are interested in the answer to this question. We in
particular since we bought the STB early on. No, we don't expect a
refund on the purchase but since we don't plan on any other sat
service would like to continue to use the STB for OTAs.
Still enjoying HDTV ("stuffing" ourselves is more like it) under
mostly clear (it does happen) Seattle skies, Gill
