Here in Central California we are getting our first rain before Fall and my first since owning Voom. My pictures are gone, pixelated or locked up on all three of my STBs; cannot watch TV at all, except for my locals (they work fine). Called my friend and he too is getting a weak signal. Going to call VOOM and see what their solution is. I hope there is a fix for this, plenty more rain coming.

Anyone know what VOOMs plan is for this?, I've heard of other people having the same problem.

Rain fade

Yep same here.
Raining and the sig. went down to 50.
Later it was 80
For me the bottom line is:
If it's a rainin I won't be Voomin. :(

I e-mailed and will be callin Voom.
If they dont replace the dish with a bigger one.
I will be forced to cancel, as I wont pay for a service I can't use when it rains.

Manteca? It rains, what, three times a year there?

I am still wanting to get the new bigger dish, but until they get the additional slots broadcasting, it doesn't matter much.

You are correct, it rains here 3 times a year and NEVER in September. It was horrible, I had to watch the NFL game last night in SD for the 1st half.

If you like sports might be time to leave Voom

Not good...
