I requested two additional receivers installed a couple of weeks ago
but after the "announcement".
Today, right on schedule, the installer Matt B. of CAVES
Installations out of Sodus Point, NY came and added the two
receivers, slcanned the OTA, and installed the updates after
authorization was completed.
I'm very pleased with the results and have the two additional SD
TV's in my house now setup for OTA and VOOM basic for the $1
installation fee. My previous monthly bill was $39.90 + $10 for the
one receiver and I expect the new bill will be $49.90 + $15 for the
three receivers but I was anticipating a monthly bill increase to
$49.90 sometime soon anyway.
The picture is good, even in SD, and I really hope VOOM stays around
for the long haul!
