It's been a while since my last post. I've been sick for a week. I
was the one who was worried about my installer charging extra in
order to "do the job right". Well, he showed up exactly on time, was
very polite, and did everything very professionally. He was sick that
day ( Monday, Jan. 17 ) and it was very cold, about 33 degrees. I
offered him coffee, beer, soda, food, cigarettes - he politely turned
down everything. He stayed about 4 1/2 hours till everything,
including the local channels and dish, were installed and checked
everything. I had already set everything up with VOOM at 1-800-
getvoom and paid my dollar, so all I had to do is sign his paper. No
extra charges, beautiful picture. I love VOOM and don't miss cable.
