I've had Voom about a year now, and I will bail when and if it goes
dark.

In reguards to the Cable vision/Dolan soap opera, I think Cablevision
has become like most companies today, they can't see past the next
quaterly report. Also I suspect the Elder Dolan is one of the old
line visionaries who looks at the long view. Long term Cable is Doomed
unless they can expand into other areas. The Phone companies with
their massive fiber optic plant can redily provide programing. I
happen to think satellite is probably the most cost effective, long
term solution for cable/programing expansion.

Remember Old Age and trechary will over come youth and ambition !!

my 2 cents worth.
