I recently lost Equator channel so I un-plugged my box and its now coming in. Voom recently did a channel re-alignment so you will notice things are moved around. Call customer service if nothing else works.

I agree that is a strange message and is only affecting you since
noone else has yet posted a problem with receiving VOOM. Listening to
music here so don't have it on to check.
Have you tried removing and reinserting the access card? We had to do
this one time a year or so ago. It is behind a little door in the
middle front of the STB. If this doesn't work maybe others on here
can help you.
