[VOOM] I got a email from a person from Voom::::

Lori will get back to you. We've worked with her before on a couple of problems and she
has been able to resolve them. My guess is that with all the new signups (if the number of
new members on here is any indication) she is busy making sure everyone possible has a
good VOOM experience.
